Attempted fraud using the name Geniki Taxydromiki

Recently, there has been an increase in malicious activity via email (phishing), SMS and Viber, illegally using the logo and brand name of Geniki Taxydromiki.
The purpose is to extract money, personal information and bank card codes.

These fake messages usually request:

• Payment of a small shipping fee, resending a package or storing a package.
• Update of home address or personal information via a link.
• Entering debit or credit card information

Geniki Taxydromiki never asks you to make card payments via links sent in SMS, email or Viber.

• If you receive a suspicious message, do not click on any link or download any attached files, as there is a risk of infection by malicious software.
• Do not send reply messages to addresses or numbers that you do not recognize.
• As soon as you notice such a message, proceed to delete it immediately.
• NEVER enter bank details or card codes on pages that indicate suspicious messages.
• Our company's official electronic communication is carried out exclusively through addresses ending in @taxydromiki.gr.
