Transport Insurance
Envelopes (Documents): The compensation is determined based on the postage paid and is equal to ten times (10x) the amount for domestic and up to five times (5x) for international, with a maximum limit of €70.00.
Parcels (Items): The compensation is similarly determined based on the postage paid and is equal to eight times (8x) the amount for domestic and up to four times (4x) for international, with a maximum limit of €400.00.
In any case, the maximum compensation cannot be greater than the purchase or replacement value of the item.
It is possible to insure domestic shipments with a declared value greater than €400.00, with a premium of 0.6% of their value. For any insurance greater than €3,000.00, prior consultation with the service store is required.
It is clarified that the insurance does not cover incidental damage. For the payment of compensation (either with automatic coverage or with declared value) it is required to present a document that will determine the value of the item before commercial profit

Starting from September 15th 2022, a delivery option with exceptionally low rates will be available for all shipments originating within Geniki Taxyxromiki’s network (Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania ) and destined for Greece, with collection / pick up from a Geniki Taxydromiki service point of your choice.
This new service can also be combined with Cash on Delivery service.
